Returns

Experience a hassle-free process for Returns and Refunds at nakshujewels@gmail.com. Our policy allows a 14-day window for refunds, enabling you to request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.*

* You have to email us at nakshujewels@gmail.com about a return for a refund before 14 days after delivery.

* NON-CUSTOM items can be returned within 14 days and we will less a restocking fee and shipping fee (20%). All items are required personal sizing and metal for you, I am not able to issue full refunds. Custom items are not allowed to be returned.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Upon approval, your refund will undergo processing, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.. 

Custom or Personalized order cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made for you on order basis.

* We don't accept the Return which EXCEEDS the return period.

* Anything meticulously designed for you, including full eternity, engraved pieces, and custom-sized rings, is considered part of our bespoke offerings
* Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
* Contact Us for approval before your return and instructions.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping  

To initiate a product return, kindly ship the item to the address provided by nakshujewels@gmail.com (please email at nakshujewels@gmail.com before sending back jewelry, loose moissanite, or other gemstones).

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted.

The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items exceeding $200 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
