Our shipping services extend globally, covering addresses worldwide. It is the responsibility of the client or buyer to handle any duties or taxes imposed by their local government. Please verify the applicable rates in advance, as DiamondCrafters holds no accountability for these charges. We offer complimentary shipping to destinations such as the USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India.

 

Each item is fully insured for its final purchase price during transit until it reaches its destination, with a recipient's signature mandated upon delivery. DiamondCrafters cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the shipping company, arising from severe weather or unforeseen conditions. Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

- Free shipping is applicable only in countries like USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India. For countries other than these, a USD 15 fee will be charged.

- While 99% of parcels are delivered in 5-7 days, customs or severe weather conditions may cause delays, for which DiamondCrafters cannot be held responsible, as we have no control over these external factors.

- Economy/Standard Shipping, with a delivery time of 17-19 days, may experience delays due to customs or severe weather conditions, and DiamondCrafters is not liable for such occurrences, given our lack of control over these circumstances.
